Preach Easter Season
Calling All Preachers!

Once again DWA! will be preaching during the Easter Season...it was a great success last year and so we need 50 preachers to do it again this year!

Each person will be assigned one day to offer a preaching on the readings of the day. The reflection will go out to DWA! members, emailed to anyone who signs up for the Easter Season preachings, and will be posted on the DWA! website and FaceBook page.

You are invited to be creative...use the written word, an image, an artistic expression, or a song. Online posting and email distribution supports new ways of preaching on God's word...so go for it!

Join a Digital Community
We currently have about 55 members of Dominican Women Afire! participating in online communities! And we are looking for lots more people to join these small DWA! grou!

The groups meet on Zoom (video conferencing) every 6 to 8 weeks for up to 90 minutes. Most meetings start 8:30 PM EST/7:30 PM CST/5:30 PM PST.

The commitment is manageble and flexible! Once you join a community you decide how often to meet, the structure of your meeting, and the focus of your discussion. The groups are helping to connect people in more real and meaningful ways without adding tasks and pressure to your day!

Interested? Please be in touch if you are ready to join a newly forming group! Click here to send the email now!

Sister Kathlyn Mulcahy
International Interfaith Delegation to Honduras

Please hold Kathlyn in your prayers!

As you read this, Kathlyn is with the people of Honduras...standing in solidarity with those speaking for the rights of people, witnessing to the peaceful demonstration, and gathering the story that needs to be told to the people of the U.S.bringing back the reality in Honduras.

Kathlyn will return in the next day or two...and will continue to need our prayers as she processes the experience in Honduras and advocates for justice for the people of Honduras.
