I greet each of you this second Sunday of Easter with the words of Jesus, “Peace be with you!” Given the realities of our nation, of our world, and of all creation, this simple greeting reminds us of our call, to be a person of presence, peace, mercy and love. Each new day is a chance to live this out in our lives in a deeper and more profound way and to continue to bring this message of Jesus to all those we meet! Are you and I up for the challenge?
“Peace. It does not mean to be in a place where there is no noise, trouble, or hard work.
It means to be in the midst of those things and still be calm in your heart.”

May we all strive to be people of peace living with an “Alleluia Heart and Praising God’s Goodness!” Happy Easter!!!
